My rubs I’ve always used for smoking are from Oak Ridge BBQ which are now on Amazon.

Awesome man, I really like them off a smoker myself and usually do them similar to that as well, but we got an air fryer a few months ago...so I made some in that to try and I was pretty impressed with the results. They were kinda crispy (not like deep fried though) but they were so juicy and tender, the flavor was awesome. We got the Cuisinart Air Fryer with the racks you can take in and out from Costco...really nice.
