Any hoo switching gears. Roberta Kaplan the chairwoman for Time's Up an advocacy group that claims to support women victims of sexual harassment, but actually did a good job of defending Gov. The first sentence of the second paragraph is ironic she is talking about Cuomo but it should be about her.
