Ron is the best coach this team has had since Gibbs 2.0. He gets his guys to play 100% every game. The culture has definitely been set and I’m excited about this teams future.

Keep the RBs the same.
Upgrade OL if u can
Grab another CB in FA.
This team can win 10+ games next year if all that happens.
