Allen needs to go 100%. But if Gruden stays...I’m for a new D coordinator (Todd Bowles, Rex Ryan) and at least a new offensive mind (deflippo, bill lazor, etc) added to staff.
The offense has taken a clear step back since Mcvay has left...I think it’s actually it more of a problem than the defense.
When it comes to defense, I think we should go get Rex Ryan out the booth.
