I think Gruden will be gone, Allen will be gone, Manusky will gone.
If someone like a Gregg WIlliams or Wade Phillips comes in they’ll be able to get everyone playing to their strengths, and get the defense playing at a high level.
We have a LOT of natural talent, and early round picks on defense. With the right Coordinator this could be a top 5. A real Coordinator could keep everyone, and get them all playing lights out
