Without knowing full details, it's tough to gauge what kind of impact Scott has on Redskins scouting team; being in executive position usually means s/he makes final decision based on what his/her team come up (at least it is in business world). Redskins profile stated Kyle became director of scouting for college in last year and so far the drafts
seems to be good so far. I don't think I am too concerned about this change
