I don't think he follows the standard societal constructs involving meals. Rather he consumes food at intervals that allow for a day long digestive process that way he can maxmize the total amount of food consumed. 12:00 PM probably fits in pretty well on a normal day for him but he has plenty of practice holding a 12" hoagie in one hand while typing with the other. It's called multi-tasking.
