Scot and Gruden generally do get along. I don't think it quite came out the way he meant it. Scot and Allen is really where the real dissension is. I don't want to get into it because it would mean bringing up "he who shall not be named again" but the GM job was AJ Smith's to have, but Snyder shot it down over a strong disagreement over "he who shall not be named"
