Suspect in shooting death of former New York Jets RB Joe McKnight released as investigation continues
Shell casings found inside Gassers car, which suggests he was shooting from a defensive position and that McKnight was the one who got out. Most likely gonna plead self defense on that one.
It's a damn shame, for all we know Gasser made an aggressive move or cut off McKnight and McKnight got out to confront him and Gasser opened fire in self defense. Or maybe McKnight was in a bad mood or something and got out of his car, either way it cost him his life. Just a shitty situation all around. And then to top it off you have that witness who was lying that said Gasser was standing over McKnight and put a round into his head. I won't be surprised if this stirs more shit up in the community.
