Portis will have a TD this week, maybe 2 (one as a receiver).

I think the Gibbs formula for this game would mirror what was used against Seattle - clock-eating short pass/run offense to prevent KC's offense from getting on the field, so this will be another low scoring game where we hold our collective breath at the end.
