RGIII just doesn't have the make-up of an NFL back-up. He is not and will never be a drop back passer. For whatever reason, he cannot get the ball out on time or with anticipation. He has plenty of arm, starter quality accuracy, and is still plenty mobile. However, you can't just plug him into a standard NFL offense and expect it to be run efficiently.
He may stick around for a couple years just b/c of his physical talent, but I just don't see him pulling a Jason Campbell and becoming a journeyman QB - bouncing around the league, possibly starting for a couple teams but generally being a solid back-up. He just doesn't have the right skill set.
