Here we go again.
FYI, there is a tendency to lump many of us who bashed Gibbs' decision to bench Ramsey with those who called Gibbs an idiot. I disagreed with his decision (while recognizing that he knows a hell of a lot more about football than I do) but I also admitted that I could be wrong. I didn't like how Gibbs went back on his word by proclaiming Ramsey the starter for 05' and yanking him after less than one game.
It will be perfectly appropriate to rub my nose in it (I'll be very happy to eat crow) if, at season's end (or even by Week 8) we did very well (8-8). It's still a tad early.
