I love this move, and it sets up for the future. But in order to transform this team, we'd need 3-4 good drafts before we feel the effects of McCloughan. Even achieving the impossible & hitting ProBowlers on 7 out of 7 this year alone -- they would still take 2-3 years to develop.

With our bad Oline, incompetent secondary, aging Dline and questionable QB play -- we'd need the stars to align quickly next year to be competitive. The only way we're good next year is if RG3 plays a lot better/stays healthy and a new D Coach somehow schemes the D to a top 10 overnight.


BUT - more realistically we're looking at a 2-3 year turnaround, and if we continue to suck next year, then Gruden may be on the hot seat.
