This team is in total rebuild mode but management will never come out and say it for fear of scaring off the few remaining ticket buying fans they have.

SM doesn't need to spend money on over-priced FAs, he need to get as many draft picks as he can get so this team can start down the road of drafting and developing players like all successful NFL teams do. SM has a huge and very difficult job ahead.
