He's not useless, and has a good arm, if he can learn to stop throwing interceptions, he'll someday make a good QB (at the very least a good backup)
Right now I think Colt should have the number 2 slot, but Cousins will be fine in the 3rd slot where he can learn and have a chance to grow outside of the harsh limelight
