Flowers is good enough to make the Redskins, but he's not really the impact contributor he once was. Help me understand the bolded statement. He made his first career pro bowl last year. I fully recognize that the pro bowl is just a beauty pageant but I thought he had a good year last year. Why was last year not up to par with previous?
