I don't think that statement could be further from the truth. Manziel has proven he can throw the ball. I think he is going to be a stud in the nfl. I think the closes comparison to Manziel in recent years is RG3. Throws a great deep ball, good scrambler, albeit in different ways (rg3 has elite speed, manziel is creative), and all the charisma.........
