Fair enough, I did a quick search, urban dictionary didn't come up. I didnt realize it was commonly used slang.
I thought it was just a pun which would have made sense if for example someone had said: "I hear she likes gardening." To which you might respond, "Well, she is a hoe." or "She can plant her tuplips on my . . ."
Anyways I stand corrected.
