The primary issue I have with him as DC is his play calling in crunch time.

I have no problem with him staying, it just seems like an interesting situation to me. I guess if Haslett is fine w/ the demotion then it won't be a huge deal. As I mentioned previously, I want Gruden to fill his staff as he sees fit, as long as everyone 100% buys into their roles. I don't want in-house fighting.
Personally, I'd prefer for Morris to be DC, seems like he gets the players to respond to him. What I would like even more, is to get some real talent on defense. Make any coaches life better.
