Many here have been hopeful since he was drafted last year that he could develop into our starting RT....but we have heard very little and seen few signs that indicate the team has any confidence in this possibility.

The only reason Compton was brought up from the practice squad to be on the roster late last year was because other teams were looking to sign him and we didnt want to lose him. Given that other NFL teams wanted him and we made moves to prevent him from leaving. Seems that is some kind of a sign that we, as well as other teams, have at least a little confidence in him.
