Wow, I swear my heart missed a beat, when I first glanced at the headline all I saw was former Redskin ... Darrell ... killed... and I right away I thought Darrell Green!

Still, sad story to hear. Wasted talent.

Very sad. Poor guy was so young and he was such a talent. If he could've just stayed focus, he could've been a star.

Sad. It was wishful thinking that he had turned it all around when the skins signed him in 2003. There was no turning him back into a big-time player. What a waste of talent.

With Daryl Gardner, Darrell Russell (at his peak in 97-99), and Griffin, what a D-line we could've had. Can you say 3-4?

This is truly a sad story. When he came here I was hoping he was going to turn it around and be a find for us. Sadly it didn't turn out that way. My heartfelt goes out to his family.
