Commanders Post at The Warpath

Big win today, putting the Rams away in the 4th. I'm sure we all were a little scared when Brunell illegally batted the ball outta the endzone. Huge must win game against a team with alot of weapons. I think if they had used Faulk more with some screens it woulda opened things up and been a different game. Jackson is tough to contain when they get the outside screen happening and the WRs involved. Our defense was stellar as was Portis, Cartwright and the OL today. Brunell played safe, smart, no frills ball which brought us the victory. Hats off to Royal coming back after last weeks debacle. Now aren't we all glad we didn't release him? Another must win next week in AZ. Ofcourse we should win, but something about Boldin, Warner and Fitzgerald that makes this game seem like a playoff game. Cardinals are no stranger to spoiler. With the way the Redskins defense shut down STL, Cards shouldn't be a problem. Special teams performed below average today, however Brown continues to hold on to the ball. GO SKINS!!!
