How the Commanders engineered their stunning turnaround
Nice to take a second to reflect just how far we've come in such a short time

Re: How the Commanders engineered their stunning turnaround
It is nice and it goes to show how bad the culture was before, especially reaves comments, and how much difference culture really makes. You can put 53 superstars in a room, that alone doesn't make them a winning team
Be even nicer if we can look back from a SB win soon! |
Re: How the Commanders engineered their stunning turnaround
Thinking about Snyder holding this franchise hostage for nearly 25 years really pisses me off even more now after seeing what it's like to have actual adults in charge. Seriously fuck that guy.

Re: How the Commanders engineered their stunning turnaround
One aspect not touched on here (understandably, alas) is the deep faith of Daniels and Ertz, and probably others on the team. When you live your life with the awareness of a higher power, it makes you naturally humble and allows you to see everyone else as being in the same boat as you. Not the only way to have that mindset, but I think it’s the way JD and Ertz roll.

Especially the final years when he just didn't give an a f*ck and was actively gutting the team for money. |
