Hopkins is playing despite the groin injury, Geron Christian and Dontrelle Inman are out.

Guessing we might see a bit of Bryce Love today since he returned to practice this week?

Golladay is out for the Lions too which should help.

And of course Alex Smith is starting his first game in 2 years. Hope he gets his first win in 2 years today as well, but it will be a tough task.

I, unfortunately, think its a loss. We come in unprepared defensively in the first, and cant t spark the o until beginning of the 2nd. Too little too late. Det 28 was 22

I think having Alex in will help the offense look more crisp and composed. He won’t sling it deep but pass efficiently, as is his MO.

Not sure if it will be enough to keep up with Stafford though, but with some of his weapons sidelined we should be in this game the whole way through.

Predication: Was 24, Det 21 in another nail biter.

Now we're punting after having a 3nd and two from the Lions' 15 yard line. They have no faith in Hopkins. It would've been a 55 yard FG.

I know the linebackers, specifically Bostic, aren't good right now but x4 1st rounders on the d line shouldn't be that bad regardless of what the linebackers do
