Redskins General Manager Scot McCloughan joined SiriusXM NFL Radio with Bruce Murray and Rich Gannon this week and was asked how he intends to turn things around in Washington. His first priority?

“Finding football players,” McCloughan said. “Finding football players, plain and simple.”
