Re: Go ahead, Mock me! Mock Draft 2015
My draft scenario: Philly trades for Mariota gives up the RG3 style ransom. Cleveland trades with us for their 2 first and their second rounder for our 1st and 2nd. we draft Gregory and Collins.
1. Tampa Bay - Jameis Winston 2. Philadelphia - Marcus Mariota 3. Jacksonville - Leonard Williams 4. Oakland - Amari Cooper 5. Cleveland - Kevin White 6. New York Jets - Vic Beasley 7. Chicago - Dante Fowler 8. Falcons - Danny Shelton 9. New York Giants - Brandon Scherff 10. St. Louis - Shane Ray 11. Minnesota - DeVante Parker 12. Washington - Randy Gregory 13. Seattle - DJ Humphries 32. New England - Dorial Green-Beckham |

That is so true! But If SD wants Mariota, they need to move up to #2 to make sure they get him. On the other side of the trade, with new ownership on the way Whisenhunt needs to win now. Whisenhunt coached Rivers in SD and he knows he can win with him. Tennessee already has a decent OL, so Rivers should flourish there. This trade just makes too much sense not to be a possibility. |

Rivers has one year left on his contract- not interested unless he signs an extension |

I agree, a contract would have to be negotiated prior to the draft. He's also 33. I'm pretty done with the vet players. No doubt he's a very very good QB. Not worth what we'd have to give up, pay him, and how long he'd be here. 1. Tampa - Winston 2. Tenn - Mariotta (Trade possible) 3. Jacksonville - Fowler 4. Raiders - Cooper 5. Skins - Williams 6. Jets - Beasley 7. Bears - Shelton 8. Falcons - Bud Dupree 9. Giants - Scherff 10. Rams - Kevin White |

We just don't know which team yet. If Williams is on the board when we pick, it should take SM about a pico-second to turn in the card with his name on it. As for St. Louis, shouldn't there be a team limit on WR's from WVU? |

Safety has been so disasterous for so long, I think I'd be inclined to do so, as much as we need OL help as well. What say you? |
