I post about once every 5 years

Jay Gruden needs to have the balls to sit Griffin for the rest of the season and have the Skins as an organization move past RGIII. That was the most ineffective QB play I have seen in decades.

Gruden is the coach I have been happiest with since Schottenhimer.....That was the last times the TEAM bought in btw...(IMO)

DJax should have had a monster game..
Morris was a beast.
Defense played well till late.
Special teams was in the + category (turnover).

We need more Gruden. We need Less RGIII

**** BTW I accept the first two picks as part of the game. It is the shit play after that wich has me pissed****

I agree RG3 isn't good... but the reason this team sucks is more than RG3.

The thing is the are only 2 possibilities:

1) is the answer at QB and is just rusty, unpolished, needs time, better O-line, more training, experience a hug or whatever. In this case you have to start him to give him playing time

2) Rg3 will never be a good NFL pocket passer. In this case you still start him every game this year because you still aren't sure about #1, because it does not matter this year is shot anyway, draft position, and finally Colt is probably not the answer.

I've said it since day 1 and today seems like a good day to re-hash my thoughts.

They got a pig in a poke with RG3 - he is not the whole problem with the team but he is a big problem. I'm not sure if the Redskins can win with this guy. They've won games with Cousins, and with Colt McCoy. Lots of people will say "oh look at the 2012 season" but i think it was just a fluke and now we are seeing the REAL RG3

Cousins and McCoy are trash as well. This team is trash and Allen's track record of not being able to build a team is obviously hindering this organization.

Robert is horrible. 1-9 in his last 10 starts or something like that...um Danny Boy, it may be about time to get with reality here.

Still no pass rush unless we leave the corners on an island. We don't have a good enough secondary to do that.

This team makes bad teams look good.

Guys it's the same no Matter who the coach is, Gibbs and shanny couldn't even fix this bullshit. It's on Snyder whatever he does never works, Bruce allen is trash and hasn't made the team better at all. . Same shit different yr nothing changes no matter who is our hc.

I agree. Griffin is clearly not who we thought he was. I'm learning that you don't take a quarterback second overall in the draft when that quarterback didn't play in a pro style offense in college. Griffin's real draft value was a mid 2nd round-late 3rd round pick.....we gambled foolishly on him.

They have a worse record with Cousins as a starter. We have nothing at Qb. The reason we stink is the front office and Snyder period.

You start with the offensive line. Rebuild from there. How many times? It ain't rocket science. I'm not even American and I can recognise that basic prerequisite. Your quarterback isn't going to realise his potential without this. Too many years thinking that you don't need to spend high draft picks to get decent protection. These days you do; athletes both mental and physical are required. Foundations man. FOUNDATIONS.

Gruden is are only hope, but he needs a little autonomy from the front office. IMO in order to be successful we need to clean house with some folks in the front office.

Also think bruce needs to go from personel decisions and it's time to hire a real gm
