Feng Shui the Skins Front Office

**yeah I know, feng shui isn't exactly the right term to use here but anyway**

Ok, so often times here, including in Trevor Walters' excellent debut article for us, I read the following:

"This team should immediately begin the search for a general manager."

Ok, so let's say I've assigned you to begin the search for a general manager. Give me some names. What potential general managers should we be looking at. And then tell me what the hierarchy of power will be with this new GM, Snyder, Gibbs and Cerrato.

How about making a run at the GM in New England and the GM/personnel directo in Philly? They seem to have figured a way to keep really good teams on the field year after year in this salary capped environment.

1. Charles Bailey ....Asst GM Jags
2. Phil Savage .......Raven's Exec
3. Randy Mueller ....Former Saints GM.......only if EVERYONE else turns us down
