NFL Ticket Is Free This Weekend
 

I have Direct TV and I'm getting the NFL Network free this weekend. From what I heard its free for anyone who has cable or a dish. Its on ch. 701 to 716.

All I know is that I tried the Red Zone channel and it said Unauthorized (Comcast)

I think it normally says that you're not subscribed but maybe it's diff for package channels

Well they advertised on the NFL network that it was free today. I getting it on Direct TV.

Yeah, I think it's a DirecTV thing only. I've had the TV on the Red Zone Channel all afternoon. It is pretty sweet. Living in the DC area, I could never justify buying the Ticket, though.

I went to the store and it looks like they just now have the Red Zone on. I could see how having the NFL package would be nice but sense I get all the Skins game I'm too cheap to buy it.

It's totally not worth it if you get the Skins. The only thing worth watching is replay of Skins games if they're on or NFC/AFC Playbook.

Anyone who has the Redzone Channel should agree that it is much better than the Sunday Ticket. What's great about the RedZone channel is they take you from game to game and there is never any commercials

Yup been saying that since last year, hands down best NFL channel.

RedZone comes with the Ticket on DirecTV, so you get the best of both.

I had my Sunday Ticket purchase this year riding on Sunday's game. So I happily spent the $300 yesterday to have it added.

I live near Sunday Ticket HQ, so it's kind of cool to go there sometimes and watch all the games from the Sunday Ticket Control Room
