Nice read. When I was coaching in HS, one of our basic pass plays was almost identical to this. As long as the run game can be established, this play is a money PA pass and can be run against any D. If you catch 3-4 heat off the edge, the FB simply picks up the blitz and the play should still work with Cooley or DAvis at TE.
