Redskins reel in Ramzee Robinson via waivers[/B]

The Washington Redskins continue to demonstrate the kind of work ethic that requires the media to constantly be ready for the next move to come.

On Easter Sunday, they traded for quarterback [URL="http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playerpages/player_main.aspx?sport=NFL&id=704"]Donovan McNabb[/URL]. On a beautiful Saturday afternoon in June, they traded for tackle [URL="http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playerpages/player_main.aspx?sport=NFL&id=3165"]Jammal Brown[/URL].

Now, on Father's Day, the Redskins have announced the arrival of cornerback Ramzee Robinson, whom they acquired on waivers from the Browns.

The Redskins also announced the release of defensive lineman [URL="http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playerpages/player_main.aspx?sport=NFL&id=4356"]Greg Peterson[/URL] and cornerback Melvin Stephenson.

You know in about 6 months I think we might look back on this irrelevant signing and think to ourselves, man where would we be without Ramzee Robinson? I don't want to get too enthusiastic but I think this could be the exact kind of presence we need to take this team from playoff candidate to true Super Bowl contender status.

And since I'm pretty sure people will think I'm crazy for the above paragraph lemme just give everyone a little hint: I'm laying on the sarcasm pretty thick there haha.
