Jets to interview Cardinals assistant Grimm
As someone else had mentioned about Grimm being a HC possibility for the Jets.

Re: Jets to interview Cardinals assistant Grimm
I don't see him as a fit for the J-E-T-S, but he would make a good head coach for some team down the road. He's tough minded and likely a disciplinarian. It would be nice if he got a chance here if things don't work out with Zorn.

I would love to have him if Bugel retires as an Assistant HC/OL coach title. |

I'd like to have him as OC now. While everybody thinks we have the WCO, we really have more of a hybrid. An OC without prior experience should be able to come in and be successful. Think about our version of the WCO. The main thing about it is the passing concepts. Our current hybrid running/passing system could develop into the next step forward. That is if we can protect the QB long enough........ |

Grimm is a pretty damn good OL coach who could come in here and teach the young guys a thing or 2, he's done a great job in Arizona. |
Re: Jets to interview Cardinals assistant Grimm
I would love to see Grimm here in some capacity. I think there was talk of him being hired when Gibbs came back but it didn't work out.

Re: Jets to interview Cardinals assistant Grimm
I don't know why he wasn't interviewed last year when Gibbs left. He would have brought a no bull and tough attitude to this team. He knows the importance of having dominating lines on both sides of the ball.

I wonder if Snyderatto is afraid of him. :spank: |

:laughing- Could you blame him? |
Re: Jets to interview Cardinals assistant Grimm
Word is that one huge liability against Grimm is that he sucks in interviews, but hopefully he's getting better. Incidentally, some people are saying the same about Spagnuolo.
