What do you think about Portis airing out his complaints through the media? Does it undermine his coach or hurt his team unity? How do you think the other players feel about the way Portis is treated by the FO? Does it cause any jealousy or conflict among the other players?

Greetings Tony,
The Skins do not seem to have the "killer instinct". I think they try, but to me, we are playing some good teams that at times appear unstoppable, swarming, that keep us on our heals both sides of the ball. When we win, we......sscraaaape by.
No ferocity? No anger? I have not seen anyone on the team even........mad???
