those ranking actually make a lot of sense... i think I like that formula a lot better than well, the bcs.

caps and wizards (average teams in weak divisions) are predicted correctly, nfl and ncaa rankings make sense (alabama #1, oklahoma #2, USC #3, florida all the way down to #11).

if the math works out historically that close to reality, then you've got something.

other than basic math,i stink.that's way too complicated to me.i'll take the guy's word for it on the skins though!!!!
