Radio/Storylines/Player Personalities... How Do You Rate These Additions?
 

As We can't get the game over here yet and as I am a franchise mode junkie, I am eagerly awaiting views on these additions.

Do they wor well? Do they enhance the game? What are the best/worst things you have seen from these features?

The radio isn't bad, I really haven't heard many repeats yet and it's a nice change up from always listening to the music.

The newspapers are so-so, not very detailed and very repetitive. I still like to check them out though, kinda gives you a feel for what's going on around the league.

The personalities are the best addition and hopefully will continue to improve and be built upon in future Madden games. After my first season Brunell was ticked about being benched and wanted to be traded. This season the only problem I've had is Upshaw complaining about not playing enough.

It definitely adds to a more real feel to the overall franchise experience, you can't just re-sign guys for the big loot anymore and stash depth on your roster. If guys aren't happy they'll want to leave. And let's say you draft a guy that threatens the player you already have at that position, it's going to tick that guy off.

Now if we can just get a feature, where we insert Len Pasquerelli into the game and can kick the sh$t out of him, when he trashes our team, then count me in!

do U.S. games work over there? if so, or you have modded your machine, someone send this guy a copy!

PC version comes out later, but you can play the xbox playstation games with some work... and a 3gb d/l...

Hey Dieselhog, there are some US Navy folks stationed in London. I'm sure there small NEX (Navy Exchange) has Madden in stock. They usually carry NTSC and PAL games in stock for the service members overseas. If you know anyone that can shop there, hit 'em up!
