Not any solid source is saying this bro. Gibbs has said he wants Chevy, Chevy said they want Gibbs. NO Team has resigned with Chevy yet. It's "a" rumor but an already disproven and and with no merit. Site yer source bro.

SOURCE: Jayski.com
Kyle Busch to Drive for Joe Gibbs Racing: Kyle Busch chose to drive for Joe Gibbs Racing next season and began informing other teams Monday of his decision. A source close to Busch told The Associated Press that the driver had selected Gibbs after a seven-week search that began when Hendrick Motorsports released the 22-year-old driver to make room for Dale Earnhardt Jr. next season. The source requested anonymity because the deal was not finalized. "Kyle has made his decision and is in the process of informing the teams of his preference," said Jeff Dickerson, who represents Busch through Motorsports Management International. "As there are many details that still need to be worked out, Kyle will not be making that decision public at this time." Two car owners who had actively pursued Busch told the AP that the driver informed them Monday he had not selected their teams. They requested anonymity because they didn't reveal Busch's selection.(Associated Press)(8-6-2007)
My job is my source. But I see your point SBF. I'll no longer offer any inside insight that I hear because I can't post a link to verbal conversation.

That's great news. I am really tired of waiting for Yeley to break out. I miss seeing the Interstate car win!
I sure hope Gibbs thinks twice about Toyota. Chevy has won most of the races for the past few years. I think it's going to take Toyota a while to catch up.

Keep posting the rumors that you hear SS. Some of us like to hear them.

I don't think JJ is going to break out, maybe that has something to do with a possible move on Kyle...?

I think leaving CHEVY, would be a HUGE mistake! For that shit toyota.

I hope this rumor is 100% false! smoot does have the inside skinny, hope your verbal info is wrong.

Re: BREAKING NEWS: Kyle Busch Heading To Joe Gibbs Racing

Yeley isn't bad. It's just that he's not a championship caliber driver (not yet at least) and teams like JGR, Hendricks, those teams expect championship caliber drivers at the highest level of stock car racing.

Yeley belongs on a smaller team with lower expectations such as Woods Brothers Racing (as is currently rumored), or Hall of Fame Racing (as previously rumored).

Thanks. If you can site yer Verbal souce would be ok.
Sorry but the I work at ESPN and I talk to people that I can't quote don't fly with me.

I stand with what has been said about Gibbs going to Toyota crud. If your sources still say Gibbs is going to Toyota I rest my case about needing a quotable source.

Where's your source that it's not happening?

Anyway, all I said is that it was rumored. I think it's even on Jayski.com

I think SBF is looking for a link to my comment that Gibbs is rumored to be switching to Toyota.

In retrospect I never should have made that initial comment about Toyota in this Kyle Busch thread I suppose.

That rumor (Gibbs to Toyota) has been floating around for a while. Since it was stated rumor, it should be taken as so...IMO, no quote needed.

Yeley hasn't done much, so it'll be interesting to see how Busch, Hamlin and Stewart "play" together.

I agree a "rumor" is just that a "rumor" take them for what they are worth. If it was fact than by all means please post a link or quote your source.

And I would think that if someone works for the worlds leader in sport news (a.k.a. ESPN) and in motosports, than I would think that would be good enough for most. But I guess you can please everyone...

Oh, and SS keep the "rumors" coming and I will decide what I want to believe or not...
