O-Line by far in my book...They really stepped up today...Kudos...especially interior line!!!!

I'm going with o-line too, without them Portis and Brunell, and Betts, wouldn't have had good days. The penalties must stop though, if we were playing a good team it would've cost us.

Portis gets mine. He really set the table and his TD run at the end of the half was the clincher.

gave it to the O-line (loved Dock's play today)... Portis, of course, was the ultimate difference in the way our offense played.

But that HOLE Matty.....I think even Rock coulda run that 1...although there was that 1 great move to go back inside. Still, gotta give it to the boys in the middle. Maybe just because of the improvement from 1 week. Then again, add that shuffle pass....hmmmm...can i change my vote?
haha

I voted for the off line, congrats to mark, but I am so sick of this dink and dunk shit i cant stand it,why do we have moss and lloyd? decoys? please, please,Saunders, just try 1 long pass to Moss a game,I dont think thats asking for much, not once in 3 games, thats a frickin joke

Htown, I truly believe as the season builds so will our passing game. If we see just a tacit next week of what Brunell did today, I think we're on to something.

portis. I think Betts deserves some accolades, though, and Marcus Washington had one hell of a game on Defense.

Why force the issue when you don't have to?

The Skins absolutely did the right thing today. They established the run, they got some confidence going and most importantly they won the game.

That's how we won 5 games in a row down the stretch last year to make the playoffs.

I think this is what we will see next week too. Especially against that D....was kinda surprised such dink dunk today, but aint broke......u know the rest. They never found an aswer to our blocking schemes on those plays!

Re: Skins vs. Texans MVP

Tough decision, but I give it to the offensive line because they don't get enough compliments. Now..just stop with the penalities!

Re: Skins vs. Texans MVP

I've went with CP, the O-lines penalties stopped me voting for them and whilst Brunell had a recird setting day I think that without CP in there we just don't have the same game.

Re: Skins vs. Texans MVP

Portis. Brunell dosent do what he does w/o Portis, bottom line. Brunell had a great day and wont take that from him, but Portis is the most VALUABLE one.
