I'm not sure he was worth a first rounder but Seattle is even more dangerous now.

So dangerous that they put up nine against Detroit. I've always thought Seattle was soft, but Branch will definitely give Hasselbeck more options now.

The loss of Hutchinson at OG hurt that Seattle team. They were awful yesterday on offense.

Yeah, the Hawks stunk it up but give credit where it is due. Don't dismiss Detroit...they have installed the TB D and they basically manhandled the Hawks offensive line. I think Detroit will upset a few people this year...it's a shame their offense stinks otherwise they just might be playing in January.

As for the cost of Branch's services, well, I'm guessing they are investing a 1st round because their window to win is getting smaller and Darelle Jackson has injury issues.

p.s. Walter Jones got hurt, came back in, and got ate'up yesterday.
