Boston Globe: "While the consulting firm the NFL hired to formulate qualifying requirements for teams to draw from the revenue-sharing pool continues to search for something acceptable to all 32 owners, a recent season-ticket bill sent out by the [B]Washington Redskins[/B] spoke directly to the revenue gulf that threatens to cause problems for small-market owners such as Jacksonville's Wayne Weaver and Buffalo's Ralph Wilson."
