Arrington misses afternoon workout

I hate to start a LaVar thread, but here goes.

Unclear why he was inactive.

:nono:
Your guilty of one of the most heinous board crimes there is Matty, starting a Lavar thread. Seems to me Arrington has injury concerns. Never thought i'd hear Lavar and injuries in the same sentence though.

So much potential...so little production

I think ramsey should be our starter.

I've missed him. Maybe he wanted to get a "Hayabusa" to, and that is all Coughlin would let him have?

Notes at the bottom of this story:

Notes:@ Linebacker Lavar Arrington missed the afternoon workout because of Achilles' tendinitis. ... LB Brandon Short and S Will Demps were limited to one workout because off off-season knee surgeries.

Achilles?

That's a new one for him isn't it?

Just add another one on the list.

I remember the last Giants linebacker we knew with tendinitis. His initials were Mike Barrow.

And the last time we saw that guy he was sleeping on the Cowboys' sideline while the Skins were scoring their 5th touchdown at the Big Fed. Did he EVER get on the field for us ?

Honestly, I don't think he did.

Hey, it is NOT Lavars fault. Lavar's Achilles tendon just wasn't one of Coughlins guys. I mean how can we expect Lavar's Achilles tendon to thrive and be productive, when it's just not accepted by Coughlin and one of his guys? It's the stupid Giant's system that won't allow Lavar's Achilles tendon to perform and be itself, just stifling all that god-given talent.

Dude. How can a 260 LB with 4.4 speed be SO FRAGILE? They aren't even really working out yet and he already has tendinitis? I hope the guy is ok but let's be honest, his injuries are simply prohibitive towards giving him big money. I hated losing him but I don't miss him now.
