Dallass Postgame Version 1
Normally I’d be mad but anytime you kick the shit out of Dallas it’s a good day.
Positives = Whole defense , Kyle Allen for being decent and Terry/Gibson for balling out. Negatives = Draft pick will suffer but o well |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
I care about draft position every day but Dallas day. Eat shit Dallas. In the nicest possible way.
|
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Like i said, we would dominate
This felt amazing... |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1

They are "Superbowl Contenders" every offseason. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Stars:
Young Holcomb OL Thomas Gibson McLaurin Sweat Allen Scherff |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Cut Hopkins and Bostic immediately.
Dallas is an absolute trainwreck. They get worse week to week. Guess the number one pick is out the window...Atlanta is worse than us too. Anyway always nice to make Dallas look like dogshit. Eat shit Dallas and Dallas fans everywhere. |

You know their apologists will say losing Dak hurts, but if I remember correctly they were bad than too. Now they are just plain awful. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Stars:
Young Holcomb OL Thomas Gibson McLaurin Sweat Allen Scherff
Add JDR and Turner...these two game plans were solid. Love we got the running game going and the only reason we didn’t get the shut out is because of the long kickoff return. Man Cole Holcomb played lights out. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
You know Dallas excuses run thin, that entire defense is healthy and they have some talent there. Really no excuse they let us dominate the los all game.
|
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Good win against a really bad team. No Dak, no O-line, no running game. Also Lamb sucks. Boys are just a compete mess. Division is there for the taking.
Nice bounce back by Allen. No turnovers, he managed the game really well. We got something going with Terry, Gibson and McKissic. McKissic is better than I thought. Mike Nolan should be fired. How is he coordinating and NFL defense? He was horrible here 20 years ago. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Also Kyle Allen has the team playing competent in game situations. His ability to extend the play and his pocket awareness is the difference between him and Haskins. 3rd down play have been great.
It’s no question the offense is playing much better with Allen. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Typical cowboy:
Terry McLaurin said Trevon Diggs was talking a lot but after the TD? "Wasn't too much after that." McLaurin said they chatted after the game: "I like his game, I like his confidence." Per john Keim Eat shit Diggs |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
We’ll see how the draft situation plays out but it’s clear the Jets will have Lawrence. I wouldn’t rule us out of the Trey Lance / Z Wilson talk if we have a top 10-15 pick. Fields will go top 3 so we are screwed there.
|

We could easily wind up with a top three pick at 2-5 with both wins in our division. Lets not get too excited. Lol |

For sure man lol this team sucks , Today was nothing to get all hyped about |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
First pick scenario probably most likely off the board - especially since we play 3 more division games and should win at least one. There are just too many really bad teams.
That being said Id rather win this ugly division and drink a ton of koolaid before the first round slaughter lol. The worst case scenario is losing the division and picking like 10. We can plug alot of holes with free agency this year and draft o line in the first round. Deep o line draft. Plug up the secondary as heavy as possible. Hope like God we can draft a quarterback in the first and get o line in second because it is that deep of a draft for o line. At this point now im on the win the division train. Trevor was the dream but we can actually win a division and have a home play off game - and still should be able to plug enough holes in the off-season. As always quarterback is the elephant in the room.... |

No but today screamed that we can actually win the division. LOL. Id rather that than draft say 7-9 instead of anywhere else later in the first .... Trevor dream is over. Haha. There are 8-9 other teams in the league that we are possibly better than. Three of them are in our division. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Side note: I like that starting offensive line. Not great, but not the train wreck it once was. Keep that going forward.

Today proofed that Chase Young was the right pick. When he’s on the field and healthy it makes a difference and Sweat benefits from it. A healthy Holcomb and starting, also improves the D. This team is better than you think, now that Collins is gone for the season, they probably sign Eric Reid. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Sandtrap Jack your needed at the front desk ASAP. And bring your playbook.

Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
I wonder what it would take to get Watson from the Texans?
|
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Nice game from the Team all the way around , all facets. Congratulations.

Look at his contact . At least a #1 and a #2 . |

What makes you think the Texans would trade him. |
What makes you think the Texans would trade him.
Nothing does. He just seems to wasted on that team. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
I’d love Watson but that ain’t happening. The more realistic option would be Matt Ryan but he’s old as fuck so I’d pass on him
|
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Landon Collins (who played very well today) is most likely lost due to an Achilles rupture per Keim.
|
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Cant be a bottom feeder, beat another bottom feeder (at home) and suddenly not be a bottom feeder. Always great to stick it to Dallas, but we are a bottom 3-15 team. Somewhere in there. There are really alot of very bad teams right now. Hard to say who is worse than who yet. Except Atl and the Jets. They are awful.

And I bet they sign Eric Reid. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
Different questions (just for fun):
- Do you try to see if Dallas will bite on Haskins for a 2nd? I mean, it would suck if he turned out to be amazing, but.... - Do you sign Eric Reid at this point or go with what you have at safety? |

That is what I mean. I think this team COULD be good next year. WE have some good pieces and some money to spend next offseason. |

Sure but it will probably make a minimal difference. Guy should definitely be on a roster, but isn’t that good. He is like Collins - good run stopper. Lost in coverage. |

Love that guy. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
And I bet they sign Eric Reid.
For what? To come in and start on two weeks notice? DeShazor Everett has played solid in Collins' absence, it would be an insult to every depth player on this roster if Rivera did that. They might bring a guy up from the practice squad or sign Reid to be a backup but no way they bring in a guy off the street as a starter (which Reid probably wants to be). For two weeks life is good. Good game today, no complaints, and I feel like Hopkins deserves the benefit of the doubt for his kicking woes as he's normally serviceable. Hope they all enjoy the bye week and come back ready to beat the Giants ass in two weeks. |
Re: Dallass Postgame Version 1
To think, had the officials called the Giants' illegal contact penalty on the 2-point conversion, we might well have three wins with the tie breaker vs. all three division opponents.

I would prefer they promote Jeremy Reaves from the PS. |
