I know everyone has something they like to chew on. What do you snack on at work? At home?

i could do without sweets the rest of my life, so basically its something like nachos or beef jerky.

thats why even though im 90+ pounds im solid muscle.

I don't snack very often and I keep nothing at the office. Now this summer me and my daught did get into eating some ice cream (mint cholate chip) after dinner. Other then that maybe some pop corn now and then.

I always keep a big bag of raw almonds on hand at work for those late afternoon snacks.

Peanut Butter and..........anything is my preferred poison.
A...stinking apple or banana is my usual chioice. Pffft

2nd that. One of my favorite foods. A lot of times I bring a ziplock bag with a handful of almonds and a handful of raisins mixed together.

well, working in a candy factory has made chocolate more or less boring/disgusting to me, so I go in for sour candies. The new skittles we make with the pop rocks coating have been a recent like.

I typically keep some nuts and fresh fruit on my desk for snacks. I actually keep a lot of food in my desk (soup/etc) for when I feel lazy and dont pack my lunch. I feel lazy often!

Dried fruit mainly. I used to snack on cashews and almonds, but not as much now.

This is the boring-est snack thread ever!

When I snack and I am talking Sat/Fri night I love me these (not at all the same time)

Special Dark Utz Pretzels
Utz Red Hot chips
Utz Old Fashion chips
B&J Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Peanuts (in the shell salted; Cajun if I can find them)
Cheez Its (though the new Cheese Nips are pretty good)
Hot Cheez Curls

I guess that is the top of the list there is other crap can't think of it, I am mainly a salt guy.

Almonds. Our office is bad because we have a kitchen stocked full of junk food and goodies. I usually stick with fruit, almonds, popcorn and chex mix.

Just an observation.

I have heard of the word "snack" being used as a gay venacular beefore and I cannot help but notice that most of you guy like to snack on "nuts" and "beef". I about died when Matty threw crab chips out there. I know that you guys don't mean it that way, but reading this thread is comical.

They are awesome. My favorite chip. Grew up exactly 1 mile from the main Utz plant. Smells awesome outside of it.



Anyways, I don't snack much, usually fruit or nuts...or some of my son's Animal Crackers. Between meals and protein shakes, I'm usually good.

If you can consider chocolate milk a snack...I have that a few times a week.



Lately though I've been having Otter Pops. Just discovered they still make them and I picked up a case of 100 for $2.49 (end-of-summer sale).

Confidently, my wife lived by the Twizzlers plant through her teen years. About an hour from where I grew up, but again, great smelling air in that town too.

As for Twizzlers I rarely have candy but when I do I like candies like twizzlers and jelly beans, though I went through a pretty hardcore 3 musketeers phase last spring. I used to keep a gum ball machine in my office that I would stock with different candies like m&m's, raisinets, jelly beans etc. But then I gave it to my assistant...and lost 20 lbs

We only recently started finding Utz around here, but when I lived in MA they were all over the place. I've ordered them online as well.

I am all about the snacks but I know things have to change. At my old job I used to love having a Snickers during the day, but I converted myself to fiber bars after finding out they taste pretty good. I always had an apple on hand at lunch too.

As far as at home/etc. snacks go, I'm all about chips. My pops usually buys plain chips, or ruffles, but I do love some salt and pepper chips as well as some salt and vinegar. Can never go wrong with Goldfish either.

I was just thinking back to my RI days and I don't remember seeing any Crab Chips.

Which reminds me I love me some Sea Salt and Vinegar Cape Cod chips, YUMMY!

Man, I'm definitely gonna have to try those. The idea of a chip that is still delicious and healthier than regular chips at the same time = awesome. Props to you my man haha.
