McNabb's Contract? Do we even care?

This has to be the most important contract we have to get done. A decade has gone by with multiple contract signings that have given Redskins Nation multiple ulcers(Sanders-Haynesworth). It seems this could be the one contract we can not let get away. Next year the Vikings, 49ERS, Cardinals, Broncos, Seattle, Cowboys, Lions, or any other team in need can snatch him up.

So if you guys have the time click on the link and listen to the second and third segmants. I just finished them and I have to agree we Chad. Why does it seem like there is no one here discussing it. We have other threads going on about Oaklands Drama, VJ's contract dispute, and even the ***A League Wide Spaghetti Thread***. JK Buster.

But D Macs contract gets no play buy us. Just food for thought.

Dun worry we haz McNabb threadz
http://www.thewarpath.net/redskins-locker-room/36507-bruce-allen-mcnabb-extension-haynesworth-uniforms-12.html

Anyway McNabb isn't Lebron. He wants to be here, we want him here. The team just wants to see how the new CBA will shape up. Apparently McNabb is willing to wait as well.

By the way, do you realize that this post is number 666 for you?

Well Mr. Quake. The planitff (Mr. Warpath) posted on a touchy subject with post 666. I take that as a bad omen and feel that by warning others of the omen that we can prevent disaster. Knowledge is power.

You are a DIRTBAG you can't even get my name right.

I am aware of the McNabb, Allen, Haynesworth thread , but I really felt that Chad Dukes was right on with his take on our lack of conversation about the subject.

I will now break the 666 curse with this classic qoute from the past. " Na Na Na Na Bo Bo Stick Your Head In Do Do."

No! You were suppose to post only from that post!! It would be epic. People would be posting in the gameday thread when something big happened and at that point would wonder what Warpaint was thinking. So where do they go to find out Warpaint's thoughts on a particular event. Why post 666 of course......I wonder what the character limit is for a single post?

Re: McNabb's Contract? Do we even care?

I care but I'm not worried. Chad did what Chad does and call Redskins fans in to question on our logic. He basically said what he and Lavar had said for so long that there's no way that McNabb would want to stay here unless he was doesn't want to win. That, in a nutshell was and has always been his and that radio stations stand. I was going to call to say the exact same thing because my man Bill Roland was on with him yesterday but I was in a crappy area.

But do I care ?.... yes. Am I worried ? No. He'll sign and then the former linebacker and his cronie will find something else to be upset about with this team.

Yes we care. I don't know why we would have given up 2 draft picks if we didn't plan to sign and if he didn't plan to sign.

Well, actually he is not A dirtbag, he is the only DIRTBAG359. The mods have made that clear, but all he can do is Squawk anyway so, I wouldn't worry bout him too much!

Re: McNabb's Contract? Do we even care?

There are probably a couple things they are still looking to evaluate, such as McNabb's propensity to injury and such. That said, McNabb has put a lot of eggs in the D.C basket already with his business partnerships, so if it doesn't work out, it's not because he bailed out on us.

First off why listen to Chad Dukes, he is awful on Sports Radio. He needs to go back to comedy type radio or better yet just off himself like he says he is going to do all the time becasue he hates himself.

Just last night I woke up at 5:55 because I was worried that McNabb only has a one year deal.

Yeah a few more games like last week and I'd say sooner rather than later.

lol seriously...

There are many things I worry about, McNabb's contract is not one of them. In fact I don't truly worry about anything when it comes to the Redskins.

Exactly. It's all relative. I mean, I'm worried about our O-line depth as it relates to the Redskins, but I'm not truly worried in the sense that it affects my life.

Re: McNabb's Contract? Do we even care?

We will sign the extension soon.

They could be waiting for the new CBA or P.Manning new deal.
With Brady already re-signed I expect it to fall in between somewhere most likely..maybe it little lower.

But it won't be for 7 years I don't believe...
Probably like a 4 year extension
Maybe 5?

But we have to do it!
Even if we plan on grooming a QB that we draft,he can sit and learn from Mcnabb.

Beck is not the guy...
He's temporary..

McNabb turns 34 in November. I hope his extension is no more than 4 years. I'd prefer 3, but I don't know what both sides are discussing.

It will get done, and if it doesn't we can franchise him, and with an uncapped year, I don't care if we have to do that. I'll WORRY about this later, it will get done.

It's the new Rick Roll. Much more pleasant if you ask me.
Internet meme

In 2009, a 1976 video of Khil singing a non-lexical vocable version of the song I Am Glad, Cause I'm Finally Returning Back Home (Я очень рад, ведь я, наконец, возвращаюсь домой) was uploaded to YouTube,[4] and quickly became an Internet meme[1] known as "Trololololololololololo" or "Trololo"[5], giving Khil the nickname "Mr. Trololo" or "Trololo Man"[5]. The song itself was written by Arkady Ostrovsky, and was also performed by Valery Obodzinsky[6][7], Hungarian singer János Koós[8] and by Muslim Magomayev on the Little Blue Light program in the Soviet Union.[9] The name "trololo" is an onomatopoeia of the distinctive way Khil vocalises throughout the song.
