All I can say is....
PLEASE kick our a$$ next week. I can't stomach the thought of the Giants having to play an extra game. The league and NFL fans do not deserve such torture. More importantly, Dallas or Philly do not deserve such an easy first round match-up.
I'll trade you Eli for the rights to Jay Shroeder. Any takers? Oh, and take my coaching staff and the 52 players, as well. |
Re: All I can say is....
My friend whos a huge Giants fan said the same thing. He just dosent want to even watch them another week.
What a year for us all |

Re: All I can say is....
saturday nights game should be a pretty good one, considering both teams stink.
|
Re: All I can say is....

Could be a high scoring contest, at least. |

AT least we know we'll be back next year, but you guys have a lot to fix next year, and what is the deal with Eli. The two steps forward he took last year ended up taking 3 steps back this year? Which Eli will emerge next year? Ps- We'll keep Campbell thanks. However, an even trade of Brunell for Eli would be fine by me. haha |

screw that, i want antonio pierce back!!!!!! |
Re: All I can say is....
I'd let Tiki back up Ladell, and I'll also take Osi Umenyiora in exchange for, lets say, Warrick Holdman.

I think I'd take a Giants fan over Holdman at this point! |

hey ya never know, for years the Giants got most of their offensive linemen from gas stations... |

We will take your coaching staff and make them all assistant head coaches of shoe laces, shoulder pads, and jock straps...in addition to our many assistant head coaches. ;) You can keep Eli...I wouldn't mind having Pierce back with us! I really hope we can fulfill your request Coggs! |
Re: All I can say is....
The Giants are just going through the motions right now, you can tell they don't even want to be out there anymore.

I know injuries are killing them. Eli looks like shit. But trust me. He will recover very well against our secondary. But someone needs to teach him to stop throwing off his back foot. And Plaxico??? Why is he so inconsistent? He should be balling his ass off w/out Tomer in the lineup. Where did he go after the TD he caught? What a bum. And Shockey? I like him but I sure like having Cooley more. He just gets it done and keeps his mouth shut. I'm pissed cause I took the Giants -3 over NO. BAD BET. But what makes it so bad for the NYG fans is that asshole coach. He HAS TO GO. You can tell his antics are wearing thin with the players. I mean what kind of coach fines his players for coming to a meeting early? What a bum. I hope the Mara's fire his ass. |

I want Lavar and Pierce back!!! Anyone but Holdman. Jackson just pissed all over him Sun. Holdman runs like a 6.0 40 yard dash. |
Re: All I can say is....
Here's a prediction...our HORRIBLE secondary will produce at least 2 turnovers.
|
Re: All I can say is....
The biggest question is who is going to replace Tom Coughlin after this season?
|
Re: All I can say is....
Tiki will run for 200+ yards. It's his last game and even though it's in FedEx, he just HAS to shred us once more for ol' times sake.

I know you're kidding, but it made me wonder how Tiki has done against us historically. Well, here are the stats: Total games: 17 Average per game: 69.8 Average per carry: 4.5 100+ yard games: 3 (although he's had 2 of those in the last two seasons, including the 206 yarder last year) I think we can take him down. |

Absolutely WON'T happen. Have you seen what Notre Dame threw at him for a contract? Even if they give Charlie the largest coaching contract in history, he's not moving. He believes Notre Dame is the best job in sports, and he has been exaulted as a hero in South Bend. Why NFL teams think they can lure him back is beyond me. |

Why NFL teams think they can lure him back is beyond me.
He'll be lured away eventually but I don't see it happening this year. I'd be willing to bet though if he was offered the NY job he would think long and hard about it. |

This is what happens whyen you have a freaking drill sargeant coach. It works for a while when everetone buys in and then they get tired of it and it isn't fun anymore. Now Tiki is retiring and this team is headed in the wrong direction. Coughlin has to go. Or stay for our sakes. |

Even if you take out his first few seasons, it's still not dominating. He rang us up for 200+ last year, and that's definitely hard to forget. He's done decently against us, especially with how good our D used to be, but that one game skews his numbers a lot. |

I'm sure eventually he will be too, but it will be a minimum of 5 years from now.
I'd be willing to bet though if he was offered the NY job he would think long and hard about it.
Just out of curiousity, why do you think so? |

Just out of curiousity, why do you think so?
NY is about as high profile as you can get. Biggest market in all of sports, a team with a rich history, he would be absolutely crazy to turn them down without giving it thought. |

Who knows, maybe you're right...it wouldn't be the first time someone shocked us with a decision. NY would be too stressful...the odds of you being hated is waaaay too big, the odds of you being successful is waaay too small. Not a good scenario. |

Eli-hoestly? It looks like he doesnt want to be out there. Since the Tampa game (end of October) he has looked like some scared $h!t HS Sophmore making his first varsity start. Plaxico-just doesn't go 100% all of the time. Shows how good/underrated Toomer has always been. Shockey-the one guy on the team I actually like. He is the one guy who would run through a steel wall in order to get a first down and I LOVE that he actually speaks his mind about the coaches. The play-calling has been horrendous. Don't forget about the personal fouls, and to think Coughlin came here with the rep of being a disciplinarian. |
Re: All I can say is....
Oh and one more thing, Mrs Manning should have had her tubes tied after giving birth to Peyton. Or, archie should have had a vasectomy.

Re: All I can say is....
which de? strahan? no problem. On a side note, I recently bought a bunch of mcfarlane figures. Bought the strahan-mcnabb 2 pack. Was very disappointed that the strahan figure didnt have the gap in his teeth.
