You know I was checking out seatle's season record last night and realized something, we beat them once, and thy have a great run of winning, but come on look at the teams they played, Houston, Tenesse, San Fran, St. loius. I mean come on that and easy 7 wins automaticly isnt it. Not trying to take away from them. Cause after last night a winw is a win. but are they really that great?

I think Holmgren has won all of 1 playoff game without Favre.

Things could work out where every NFC team the Skins face in the playoffs could be a team they beaten this season: Seattle, Bears or NYG. They have to do it on the road (not easy), but we already know they are the class of the conference! The Super Bowl could be the first playoff game where the face a new team, unless Denver gets there, too. Are the stars aligning?

But I'm getting ahead of myself. First order of business is KICK SEAHAWK BUTT!

This will be a tough game. The offense better show up, cause the Seahawks are going to score some points. They will be pumped for this one. Hopefully it rains and that will keep the crowd bundled up and quieter than normal. That place can get really loud and I don't think the Hawks have lost at home this year????

Yea I just went to their website, [url]www.seahawks.com[/url] and checked out their schedule. The hawks only lost to Jags, Skins, and Green Bay and all three were on the road.
Their website also is selling tickets to the game if anyone is interested. I wont be able to afford them....

we've just won the biggest game in a decade. everyone is counting us out for next week. we've come this far... let's bring the mojo to the Northwest! the season is not over!!!

Already they are giving us no chance. In the Giants-Carolina post-game wrap on ESPN, the writer makes this asinine comment at the end of the page:

Sure hope there's a sizable contingent of Skins fans out there, but I doubt that a lot of folks can afford to go. Too bad our game is across the country. It was a lot easier for fans to get to Tampa and many did.

Our guys need to hear someone in the stands yelling for them.

Call me crazy, but I've been having a strong feeling for the past 2 weeks that we are going all the way to the big one. Don't know why, cause I was really down on them when they were 5-6. But, something tells me that this is our year and the football gods are on our side. It's almost like we're the "Cinderella Team"!

This reminds me of the 1986 playoffs. First the Redskins win an ugly game against the Rams 19-7. The next week they head off to Chicago to face the 14-2 and defending SB Champion Bears. And no one, NO ONE, thought the Redskins even had a shot...The next week the Redskins were in the NFC Championship game.

Go through Seahawks.com or call the number (or both). It's strictly internet and phone only, so I expect a logjam on their site and telephone lines. They wanted to avoid all the hastle of people camping outside the stadium.

I made the same comparison. More than that, there was a QB change from Schroeder to the veteran Williams who carried us all the way to the promised land. We were a wildcard team then and as we are now.

It took 2 computers, 2 phones, but I finally got a ticket after trying and trying on ticketmaster 17 minutes after they went on sale! Man that was one of the hardest tickets to get, but at least I got it at face value.

Seattle will not know what hit them. Sean Taylor and Shawn Springs in the backfield. We won't miss Wynn that much. Gibbs will certainly open up the playbook. I can't wait. I really, really want to take the 8.5 but I never bet on the Skins.
