Gee, wonder who we should keep. The franchise player and long term cornerstone of our franchise, or the head coach? Keep digging your own grave Saunders.

John Wall
Nick Young
Chris Singleton
Jan Vesely
JaVale McGee
Shelvin Mack
Jordan Crawford

It's a nice nucleus, no veteran or coaching leadership

Drop Blatche and Lewis, use this years lottery pick on a Harrison Barnes and a veteran big man to spell McGee and they could become the Thunder in a few years.

NBA is ironically an old mans league. A lot of players actually play their best in their late 20's early 30's (Jordan, Kobe, Shaq, Dirk, etc). With that said they are definitely building the team the right way. As long as the NBA gets some sense of parity they'll be able to contend. A guy like Harrison Barnes would be a huge help though.

I watched the wizards for the first time last night and I cannot believe the shots John Wall takes.

What's worse about is that the Bulls only scored 78 points. I mean your opponent scores under 80 points and you lose. That's...unfortunate

Every NBA game i've watched this year has been terrible. Is the overall FG percentage down this year and turnovers up?

exactly, let alone lose by double digits. this team is absolutely awful. i cant justify myself watching them anymore as my interest has waned in the NBA in general over the last 4 years. i used to watch EVERY wizards game for a decade, then to me the nba just lost its appeal big time for whatever reason. maybe it was the creation of the super teams, maybe it was the inconsistent enforcement of simple rules like traveling and double dribbling, i dont know. but its a shame.

SS is right... A new coach is needed if our young star is allowed to shoot like this. The spacing is horrible on the floor, too. Then again, our only shooter seems to be Nick Young so Wall doesn't have much to work with. Have you guys been following Grantland? They've started a series during the season, where they'll be following the worst team in the NBA.

A bit off topic in terms of the Wizards. I'm sitting here watching the Boston/Chicago game on ESPN, and Gundy and the other commentator just had a 10 minute argument on Lebron James. I'm like what are you two idiots doing arguing whether Lebron James is a choke artist during a Chicago/Boston game? The game was going on and they are posting stats from the 4th quarter of the Miami/Dallas series in the championship. Mind boggling.
