The hypocrisy is expected. I have a governor who nickname was coonman at VMI and had a picture of him either in a KKK outfit or blackface along with a LT Gov who has accused of rape at duke and sexual assault following a national DNC event... liberals happily give a pass.
Of course the coward Kimmel takes a 2 month break...he knew this was coming out. I just wonder what minority voters thinks when they keep seeing this continuing to come from the liberal elite? That’s their party? It’s puzzling
chico , you're sad ,very sad. |

Re: The hypocrisy of the ________
I deliberately left the end blank so this can be a bipartisan discussion. It doesn't have to be about politics either, let's talk about the hypocrisy of anybody you feel is worthy.
For instance, the hypocrisy of the right, in that when Obama is president, every single major bill passed the main argument was about adding to the deficit. But now that Congress and our President is Republican, adding another tril to the deficit for the tax bill is just a necessary thing we have to do for some tax breaks. Just so Chico doesn't think this is another excuse to attack the poor innocent right wingers, I also thought it would be interesting to discuss Rose McGowan's attacks on her fellow Hollywooders like Alyssa Milano and Meryl Streep. Seems she's not cool with Milano/Streep feigning outrage about Weinstein when Weinstein's soon-to-be ex-wife got on board with him for the money and the connections, and supposedly they knew about all the allegations.
What's adding trillions of dollars to the deficit is the social programs that continue to grow. We've actually seen increases in revenue since the tax bill was passed.
Barr is what we all thought he was, a trump hack! https://www.yahoo.com/news/mueller-report-details-highlight-trumps-143553934.html Barr had put forward a “distorted” and “misleading” account of the Mueller report findings in a fashion that downplayed the special counsel’s more damaging findings and shaped the public narrative in the president’s favor, Walton wrote. “These circumstances generally, and Attorney General Barr’s lack of candor specifically, call into question Attorney General Barr’s credibility,” he wrote — and in turn, cast doubt on the department’s statements to him that the redactions were lawful. After Trump attacked the prosecutors’ recommendation for a stiff prison term on Twitter, Barr intervened and the department asked for a more lenient sentence — an extraordinary reversal that stunned legal experts and department veterans. Four career prosecutors withdrew from the case in protest, and one quit the department entirely. Stone, who is scheduled to report to the Bureau of Prisons by the end of June to start serving his sentence, has expressed hopes that the president will pardon him.
What exactly did Barr mislead the country about? The entire Russian collusion nonsense was a hoax. There was no evidence from the very beginning. This was a hit job by the federal government on behave of the democrat party. The FISA warrant was issued under false pretenses. The FBI withheld exculpatory evidence against Carter Page. He was working with the CIA and the FBI knew that and lied. They did not verify the Steele Dossier, nor did they inform the FISA court that it was paid for by the opposition party. The sub source for the Steele Dossier stated that Steele flat out lied and exaggerated about the rumors that he told him. Let me not even get into the biggest lie about the Russians hacking the DNC. If that was true why didn't the DNC hand over those servers so the FBI forensics team could verify that the Russians hacked the DNC? Why didn't Jim Comey subpoena those servers? I'll tell you why. It never happened and they never had any evidence that it happened. President Trump didn't do anything wrong. |

So, therefore, the only way that they can act is evil. They have to rob, steal, rape, kill in order to survive. So then, these people that didn't have what we have -- and when I say we, I speak of the melanated people -- they had to be savages. They had to be barbaric because they're in these Nordic mountains. Chico I hear what you are saying ... but to me Nick Cannon is a fringe nobody ... i do think sometimes the factor as to whether a story catches fire is how big of a star it concerns.
Nick Cannon is .. a C list. Maybe because I dont watch whatever shows he is on I view him as a nobody. But Im sure if I watched his shows it would be bigger for me. Bottom line - do i think the liberal media outlets are making a conscious board room decision to bury the Nick cannon story? No that just seems silly. I just dont think Nick Cannon generates much buzz or interest. Its nick cannon, ya know. ---- edit -- look at tucker carlsons writer getting busted for being a racist .. that got very little play, even in the liberal side of the media. ------------ I do think there are liberal media groups and there are conservative media groups. https://www.yahoo.com/news/kansas-freshman-gop-rep-watkins-000957910.html TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — A freshman Kansas congressman who had listed a UPS Inc. postal box as his residence on a state voter registration form was charged Tuesday with three felonies, including illegal voting. The charges against GOP Rep. Steve Watkins came three weeks before the state's Aug. 4 primary election with fellow Republicans pushing to oust him from the eastern Kansas seat he barely won in 2018, even though he's largely toed the conservative policy line and supported President Donald Trump. GOP critics already had worried that the months-long investigation into whether Watkins violated state election laws puts the 2nd District seat in play if he wins the primary. Watkins called the charges “hyper-political” even though the district attorney who filed them also is a Republican. The congressman said during a televised debate Tuesday evening that he hadn't seen the charges but has done nothing wrong. “I'll get my name exonerated," he said during his closing statement. The charges were filed in state district court in Shawnee County, which includes Watkins' hometown, the state capital of Topeka. District Attorney Mike Kagay announced them less than half an hour before the three GOP candidates' only scheduled debate began on three stations. The UPS postal box was listed as Watkins' residential address for voter registration purposes when he cast a mail-in ballot for a local city council and school board election in November 2019. He later changed his residential listing. |

Re: The hypocrisy of the ________
The hypocrisy of "States rights".
------------ Federal agents in Portland, Ore., must confine their law enforcement duties to the protection of federal assets and wear uniforms that identify them, Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano told “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday. “The federal government can use federal assets to protect federal property,” Napolitano said. “Stated differently, the Department of Homeland Security can send police into Oregon to protect a federal courthouse in Oregon, use that as an example.” He went on to say that the federal government cannot, however, enforce the general criminal law. “They can't supplement or replace the police,” Napolitano explained. “They can't go throughout the streets and say, ‘Hey, you’re committing a crime. We’re going to arrest you.’” “They certainly can't do what they have been doing in Oregon, which is arresting people without a warrant and without probable cause, holding them for a few hours and then letting them go,” he went on to explain. “So they have to be restrained and they have to confine their activity to the federal property.” “Their law enforcement duties must absolutely be confined to the protection of federal assets, so says the Constitution, which leaves the general police power in the hands of the cities and states and not the federal government,” Napolitano said on Tuesday. https://www.foxnews.com/media/judge-napolitano-federal-agents-portland-constitution --------------- I am sure all the "States Rights!!!!" conservatives are denouncing Trumps trampling of the Constitution. |
Re: The hypocrisy of the ________
President Donald Trump and a top Homeland Security official on Monday defended the actions of federal forces in Portland, Oregon, and suggested the tactics could be repeated in other cities despite widespread charges from protesters and elected officials that the militarized response has been a violent abuse of federal power.
Federal agents in tactical gear have tear-gassed and bloodied protestors, and detained some off the streets using unmarked vehicles, according to local media, accounts from protesters and videos of the encounters. [ READ: Racism Resonates as Public Health Crisis ] State and local leaders have condemned the actions of the forces and asked the federal government to remove them, and the state's Department of Justice is suing several federal agencies for civil rights abuses. Prosecutors are also looking into pursuing criminal charges against a federal officer after a protester was seriously injured when he was shot in the head with what witnesses say was a less-than-lethal munition. Federal officials say they are quelling unrest and defending federal property from "violent anarchists." They say protesters have graffitied property and thrown rocks and other projectiles at buildings and law enforcement. Trump on Monday praised the actions of the federal law enforcement members in the city, saying they have done a "fantastic job," and also implied that federal forces could be sent to other cities. "We are going to have more federal law enforcement," Trump said, speaking from the Oval Office, after being asked by a reporter what he planned to do to address issues he says are rampant in cities led by Democratic leaders. Trump called protesters in Portland "anarchists" who "hate our country," adding that the situation is "worse than Afghanistan." Earlier Monday, Ken Cuccinelli, the acting No. 2 at the Department of Homeland Security, told CNN that the administration would "respond in the same way" in other places if authorities believed federal facilities were under threat. The Chicago Tribune reported Monday that DHS plans to send about 150 personnel to Chicago this week, though it is not clear what role those federal agents will play. DHS formed "rapid deployment teams" after Trump signed an executive order directing agencies to protect monuments and federal property amid national protests for racial justice sparked by the death of George Floyd, a Black man, in police custody in May. The deployment teams consist of officers from Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Transportation Security Administration, and the Coast Guard, as well as the Federal Protective Service, which is already tasked with protecting federal property. https://www.usnews.com/news/national-news/articles/2020-07-20/trump-praises-actions-of-federal-agents-in-portland-amid-widespread-condemnation Federal law enforcement have a 100% right to defend federal property and Federal Courthouses. But these "agents" in unmarked mini vans are jumping out and arresting people far from Federal buildings. These protests are getting old but we cant allow a Federal force to take action because its getting inconvenient or we disagree with it. Imagine a Democrat president sending unmarked federal agents to detain (for no reason or PC) boogaloo or 3 percenters because of perceived threat. I dont really agree with protests on day 54 but the constitution is clear on this. |

I do not agree with Trump on this. This is not the federal government's job. If the federal government just followed the constitution, and specifically the 10th amendment, since well before and including the Trump administration, the national debt would be a whole lot less. This is up to people in Portland and Oregon to resolve. If they want to let those losers destroy their city that is on them. That's who they elected. Either demand they fix it or vote some people in that have an ounce of common sense. |
A second pivotal step — though little noticed — was on Feb. 5, when Barr issued a memorandum to Justice Department officials setting down election-year rules for conducting politically related investigations and prosecutions. In this memo, Barr made fundamental changes to longstanding department policy. These changes allow Barr to issue a report on a criminal investigation or bring criminal indictments in late summer or fall to help Trump get re-elected. Previously, Justice Department rules had long prevented it from taking actions in an election year that might affect voting results. Past attorneys general have laid out these rules in almost identical memos: in March 2008 by Attorney General Michael Mukasey, a Republican appointee, and in March 2012 by Attorney General Eric Holder and April 2016 by Attorney General Loretta Lynch, both Democratic appointees. All these memos state that "politics must play no role in the decisions of federal investigators or prosecutors regarding any investigations or criminal charges." There is a clear purpose for this: to prevent the powers of the Justice Department from being misused to affect an election.
I wanted to make sure you get advance notice of Barr's plot Chico, so you can come up with a solid defense in time of the sham charges he's gonna bring to influence the election. |

ESPN investigation finds coaches at NBA China academies complained of player abuse, lack of schooling Holy fucking shit. Lol the NBA directly involved with slaves at their training facilities: Most of the players who trained at the NBA's Xinjiang academy were Uighurs, but it was unclear to league employees who spoke with ESPN if any were impacted by the government crackdown. After returning from Xinjiang last fall, Corbin Loubert, a strength coach who joined the NBA after stints at the IMG Academy in Florida and The Citadel, posted a CNN story on Twitter describing how the network's reporters faced surveillance and intimidation in Xinjiang. "I spent the past year living in Xinjiang, and can confirm every word of this piece is true," Loubert tweeted. "One of the biggest challenges was not only the discrimination and harassment I faced," he added, "but turning a blind eye to the discrimination and harassment that the Uyghur people around me faced." Loubert declined several interview requests from ESPN. I’m done with the NBA, they are a fucking disgrace. Wonder what Woj thinks about this? So current day slavery is problem, right? Yeah, I agree with you on China Chico. I used to hate Lebron, which peaked right around the time of the decision. Then he started speaking his mind a little more and I started to respect him for using his platform to effect change worldwide.
Then the NBA China scandal happened and he basically turned a blind eye, and now I'm back to having little respect for him. The NBA is in a unique position because I'd say out of the big 4 it's probably the biggest American league in China, but they are definitely turning a blind eye to Chinese transgressions so they can keep making money. |
