What would our record have been if we had Wilson?

He's a good player man, I would not say they would be there W/O RW but he's proven to me that he's not the franchise QB or should I say Great QB they were all saying he is. His numbers are the same ev week... Roughly 200 yards and a TD, He's basically AlexSmith

Wilson is like Brady, he has no receivers. Baldwin is his Edelman, all Wilson does is make plays.

Probably better. But rg3 > Wilson IMO. Injured rg3 set us back

Then what is Andrew Luck? Wilson has more touchdown passes, higher completion rate and Luck averages only 30 more yards than Wilson.

Never said that, but people need to stop talking about him like he is Drew Brees.

The Seahawks have an ELITE defense in every sense of the word, and have the 2nd best RB in the NFL. Wilson is a good QB, no one is disputing that but for what he does versus how people talk about him, he is VASTLY overrated.

You just described all the Young QB's. In fact you might have described every QB ever.

Re: Around the NFL Championship Weekend

I will retract my statement from earlier....Wilson is an elite QB and is coming into his own and carrying his team on his back. I give him the credit for making plays, but he is no Brady...Brady carried his team. Wilson had two big mistakes this game also that could have costed them....i wonder who bailed him out on them..oh his Defense did.

Except on offense. Luck has better offensive players than Wilson. Outside of RB everything the Colts have is better.

Seattle can't pass protect to save their life.

They can't pass protect for the same reason we can't pass protect.

When the Seattle D gets broken up due to salary cap reasons (everyone in the Legion of Boom will want to get paid), then we will see who R. Wilson really is.

But he "carried" the team.

If Wilson had a three interception game and his team won, they would all be talking about how he was carried.

He'll no!! Luck is still the best of the bunch, RGIII will have prove himself all over again next year. I have faith in RGIII. Wilson has an intangible, makes big plays when needed, like the 4th down TD.

If he threw for 400 yards and 3 tds in that game yes i would, dude is Trent Dilfer or A.Smith, y cant people just accept it for what it is

And Andrew Luck is Andy Dalton.

Unfortunately for Wilson he doesn't make mistakes like Luck and is forced to throw for that many yards.

I meant every good QB, I apologize. They always get too much credit. Same thing with Manning and Brady even though they are both great.

He might be, u haven't seen me say the dude is already elite because he is far from it. He throws way too many Ints for my liking. I'm still sticking with RG3 for the long run HTTR

This...Wilson has the knack to make big plays when needed, but by no means carries them.

HailGreen28 01-19-2014 11:29 PM

Re: Around the NFL Championship Weekend

Luck was making throws Wilson can't, didn't have the run game Seattle does to carry him. Manning, Brady, Rivers, Brees, Luck, Newton > Wilson. Wilson's above average, and I'd take him and all those RG3 trade picks instead of RG3 so far, not knowing if RG3 will ever get back to rookie form. But the only QB Wilson's definitely outplayed these playoffs is Dalton.
