Went 1 for 7 with 6 strike outs and 5 BB. Honestly his second plate appearance of middle game I was hoping Voth would have challenged him more but a five pitch walk. I haven’t really watched his games leading up to 61 so don’t know but did O’s pitch him like other teams have? I do hope he gets 62 this season should be mvp

Many also felt he would bet on himself for a better offer. What nobody saw coming was the greatest season in MLB history. No way we let him go. No way.

Every NL team wants to avoid the WC round and avoid playing the Dodgers as long as possible.

We're in the drivers seat for that. Doesn't mean we don't lose our 1st series to Cardinals or Phillies, but we're in the best possible situation we can be in.

You can put a * next to anything you want, to fit your narrative.

MLB allowed for rampant steroid use when Bonds set the record, so all those numbers count. Unless we're all liars and pretend like only batters cheated.

The new Yankees Stadium is a little sandbox. You hit a little fly to right and you get a HR. Should Judge get a * next to all of his HRs to right in that shitty stadium?

Why do we even care about league centric records anymore? Judge has had an amazing season no doubt but all this hoopla over an "AL record" is a little silly to me.

I think Atlanta is a shoe in for the NLCS I don't see Cards or Phillies putting up a fight at all.
