You aren't getting shit for Terry with that contract extension and the fact he hasn't really played the entire year. Hell, we would have to pay somebody to take us off our hands at this point. This is one thing I think the FO fucked up on. Should have shipped him out the moment they started with the stupid contract demands.

I don't know what to expect. I can't expect any FO willing to touch Payne's contract for more than a 5th rounder. If we can get a 5th for Deebo take it. I am hearing rumors about Wylie probably a 6th-7th. None of it gets me excited. Not saying I don't think draft picks are useful but right now the track record in late rounds is TBD. Perhaps they can package them to get a better quality mid round pick a 4th or a higher 3rd?

I doubt that Wylie and Allegretti ( the two whose names keep popping up) fetch more than a late pick swap (maybe 7th to a 5th for Wylie and less for Allegretti) -- which might not be bad. I don't see us trading Payne -- putting aside the challenge of his contract, he's the least of our worries and we'll need to have some guys to build around in the offseason and I think he's likely one of them. BTW, the fact that the Jags just traded picks for Jakobi Myers tells you a lot about how they value Dyami Brown at this point. I am not sure we lost much there for all the WR woes we've had this season.

Dallas -- what a joke. Just traded for a LB from Cincy who has been getting less and less time on the field. Raiding the only D that's worse than yours -- well played, Jerry. (I know it's only a 7th rounder, but still.)

Holy cow -- Sauce Gardner traded to the Colts.

Sauce to the Colts for 2 x 1sts and a backup receiver. Colts really going for it!

Rumours around Igbinoghene, Wiley, Allegretti and Deebo. 4 or 5 picks in return in rd 5 and below? Aside from bundling those picks to get a 3rd, would we really benefit from offloading them? We down a 'starting' CB as it is and we don't want to kill all our QB's. We could be fielding scrubs next week!

I am not down for trading for the sake of trading but if there is a game plan and value then absolutely.

IMO for example if we are offered a 6th for Deebo I'm not pulling the trigger.

Agreed and I am glad we didn't do anything like that. I am a pretty big fan of Deebo and would love to see what he can do with a real and healthy #1 opposite him and a healthy QB1 (which, let's face it, we haven't had all season). I wonder if we had inquiries about any of our players and, if so, what we demanded.
